I Use 4Shared which is pretty simple just make an account and away u go

Same with mediafire u can either make an account to have a folder ov tunes or just upload a tune on its own.

then make ur own topic in the music section and make sure you put [hide]LINK[ / hide] and then the link ov the uploaded tune in the middle. NO SPACES
